​Daniel Michaelson is an associate at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers, who has exhibited a solid reputation in his practice. Daniel has an outstanding background as a student and finished cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He won the Merit Award being the top graduating student in the history and archaeology program at York University. Then, Daniel completed his studies at the University of Western Ontario Law School and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws. He mastered his research and obtained a distinction as a 2005 O-Week Leader. He was the captain of the 2006 Western Law Games boat race team. He also won gold mean in Sherbrooke, Quebec.

In 2008, Michaelson was called to the bar. In his 11 years in law practice, he managed a variety of accident situations. As a versatile accident lawyer, Daniel has a different outlook in supporting the needs and personal rights of victims and their immediate families. Some of the other cases he effectively dealt with include car accidents, occupier liability, necessary oversight, medical negligence, product obligation, insurance
coverage disagreements, insurance policy safety and security, industrial disputes, employment law, and business and residential property losses and estates.

Daniel has appeared at all levels of the court, including administrative tribunals, the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Social Benefits Tribunal, the Bankruptcy and Estates Courts, the Small Claims Court, the Human Rights Commission, and the CPP Appeals Hearings. In addition to being a law expert, Daniel Michaelson is also associated with his community's voluntary operation. He acts as the Board of Directors of Canadian Young Judea and participates proactively in important areas such as Lawyers Feed the Hungry and Nature Conservancy of Canada. He speaks Hebrew with full confidence and an active member of the Jewish-Canadian community.
