Michael Wolkowicz is one of Neinstein's youngest lawyers, with knowledge and experience in personal injury and insurance law. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts and Political Science degree, studied law at Osgoode Hall Law School, and graduated with a doctorate in law in 2011. Michael was a summer student in 2010 when he became an associate of the Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers. After completing his articles with the firm in 2012, he immediately became a partner.
During his time at law school, he took an interest in raising awareness and civil procedure. Even though he is a young lawyer, he has dealt with some severe cases such as occupier 's liability cases, personal injury claims, financial losses, collision claims, insurance disputes, and trade disputes. Michael Wolkowicz appealed before the Supreme Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, and the Ontario Financial Services Commission.
Michael has established a reputation as one of the most trustworthy and reliable lawyers. He ensures that the best interests of the company are well-represented in different courts of law. He has been personally involved in multiple political programs - mostly for the well-being of the oppressed.
