Michelle Kudlats is a lawyer at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers. She was a college student but is now working as a legal professional specializing in personal injury in the summer of 2009. She is a graduate at the University of Western Ontario and was called to bar in 2011. Her areas of expertise include personal injury, labor law, claims for insurance, and the occupant's liability. She has represented clients in numerous jurisdictions, including the Supreme Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, the Social Security Tribunals, and the Bankruptcy Jurisdictions.
Kudlats is actively engaged in a variety of advocacy and charitable organizations. At the University of Western Ontario, she began to develop her advocacy skills by participating in moot competitions such as the Hicks Morely Labor Law and Employment Moot and the European Law Moot Court Competition, both international advocacy competitions.
Michelle Kudlats has received her B.A. Honors at the University of Western Ontario in Political Science focuses on the judiciary, public policy, and the social justice system. Her clients see her as sweet, compassionate, welcoming, and she leads to better performance. Michelle considers every case she's dealing with as personal. Therefore, she offers her all and utilizes every legal grounds to support the victims and their immediate family members.
